Day of CoordinationÂ

Day-of coordination is for couples who’ve planned their wedding but want a professional to execute the day of so everything runs smoothly. We'll step in about 2 weeks before your event to review your plans, confirm details with vendors, build a detailed timeline, and manage the rehearsal. On the wedding day, we are the point person for your vendor team, oversee setup, keep everything on schedule, and handle any last-minute issues so you and your loved ones can relax and fully enjoy the celebration.

Partial Planning

Partial wedding planning is perfect if you’ve already started planning but want expert help bringing everything together. We will step in to refine your vision, recommend trusted vendors, review contracts, and create a detailed timeline that fits your priorities. You’ll still stay hands-on with the fun decisions, while we handle the logistics, keep you on track, and make sure every detail feels cohesive and stress-free leading up to your wedding day.

Wedding and bridal shower or rehearsal dinner planning is ideal when you want each celebration leading up to your big day to feel thoughtful, cohesive, and stress-free. We'll help you design the look and feel of the event, coordinate with your venue and vendors, create a detailed timeline, and manage all the logistics. From décor and bar details to guest experience and final touches, we make sure each event feels special on its own while still tying beautifully into your overall wedding vision.
Itinerary and Floor plan AssistanceÂ

Itinerary and floor plan assistance ensures your wedding day feels organized, natural, and easy for you and your guests. I’ll create a detailed timeline for the entire day—from getting ready through your grand exit—so everyone knows where to be and when. I’ll also help design a floor plan that fits your venue, guest count, and vision, making sure the flow feels comfortable for things like the ceremony, bar, dinner, and dancing. Together, we’ll map out the details so your day runs smoothly and feels beautifully intentional from start to finish.
*All services require a 30% nonrefundable retainer to reserve your date. Remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the date of the event.
